NANOFIX Methodology for Kitchen Waterproofing

Nanofix Flexeet Part A & B

Surface to be made wet by sprinkling of water before the application of first coat. Nanofix –Flexeet. 1 Part A & 1 Part B should be taken by weight in one container and mixed properly. Then slowly add 1 part of water into the mix & stir it thoroughly to get a homogeneous mixture. Application should be uniform by brush leaving no gap on top of the concrete surface and vertically up to a height of 300 MM. The ready mixture is to be applied within 10 to 15 minutes, so it is advised to take smaller quantity of product at a time. After 24 hours, 2nd coat to be applied maintain the same ratio as mention above for 1st coat & immediate sand blasting on the treatment for better bonding with screed concrete which is to be laid on it. After curing, checking the treatment by stand pool of water. Top covering by floor tiles or screed concrete maintaining proper slope.

Nanofix 0102

Surface to be made wet by sprinkling of before the application of first coat. Nanofix 0102 should be applied by brush leaving no gaps on top of the concrete surface and vertically up to the skirting height of 300mm. After drying of first coat, 2nd coat to be applied. Mix ratio –1 Litre material to be mix with 2 litre of water & approx 1.2 to 1.5 kgs cement is added to prepare homogeneous slurry. The treated surface should be left for curing for at least one day. After curing, checking the treatment by stand pool of water. Top covering by floor tiles or screed concrete maintaining proper slope.

Nanofix PU Sealant

Seal the minor cracks, the joint between wall and R.C.C. slab & annular gap of pipes with PU Sealant and to flash at both the end.
