NANOFIX CRYSTO - COAT 1
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION : NANOFIX CRYSTO – COAT 1 is a surface-applied crystalline waterproong treatment for concrete structure that is used to protect the structure against the ingress of water. It is a dry powder, which when mixed with water becomes a coating that is applied to the inner or outer side of a concrete structure. Crysto Coat1 may also be applied as a dry-shake to freshly poured concrete. Crysto Coat1 reacts with un-hydrated cement particles to grow millions of needle-like crystals deep into the concrete mass. Over a period of weeks and months, these crystals grow, filling the naturally occurring pores and voids in concrete, and permanently blocking the pathways for water and waterborne contaminants. Later, if cracks form due to settling or shrinkage, incoming water triggers the crystallization process and additional crystals begin to grow, filling cracks and ensuring that the structure’s waterproofing barrier is maintained and protected. The concrete itself becomes the waterproof layer removing the need for any surface treatment. Self-seals hairline cracks up to 0.5 mm (0.02 in.) l Reactivates in the presence of moisture l Waterproofs from any side (i.e. positive or negative side) l Treatment may be applied to old or new concrete l Safe for contact with potable water certified by NSF to NSF/ANSI Standard Drinking Water System Components.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION : NANOFIX CRYSTO – COAT 2 system is a surface-applied crystalline waterproofing treatment for concrete structures that is used to protect the structures against the ingress of water. It is a dry powder, that when mixed with water becomes a coating that is applied to the inner or outer surface of the concrete structure. Crysto Coat2 can be used in conjunction with Crysto Coat1 as a second coat or Individually as a dry-shake broadcast to fresh concrete, or for coating on existing concrete surfaces. Crysto Coat2 reacts with un-hydrated cement particles to form millions of needle-like crystals. These crystals grow in a catalytic reaction filling the naturally occurring pores and voids in concrete and permanently blocks the pathways for water and waterborne contaminants. Later, if cracks form due to settling or shrinkage, incoming water triggers the crystallization process and additional crystals form, filling cracks and ensuring that the structure’s waterproofing barrier is maintained and protected. The concrete itself becomes the waterproof layer removing the need for any surface treatment.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION : NANOFIX CRYSTO – G is a high-strength waterproofing grout that is uniquely designed to repair leaking cracks, holes and joints.It combines chemically with water and concrete to form millions of needle-like crystals. These crystals grow in all directions to fill any capillary pores of the grout and surrounding concrete to block the passage of water.

Crystalline Capillary Waterproofing
NANOFIX KRYSTASEAL
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION : NANOFIX KRYSTASEAL is a powder blend of Portland cement quartz aggregates and other active ingredients. The active chemicals react with water and free lime in concrete to form insoluble crystal structures clogging the tiny capillary pores thus making concrete permanently sealed against water penetration from any direction. This process continues until all the chemicals have reacted completely. Nanofix KRYSTASEALcan be used for waterproofing against the positive or negative sides of hydrostatic heads of water.
